Trial Eligibility
Most new and selected used saddles may be eligible for our Saddle Trial Program.
To qualify:
The saddle must be purchased directly from Euro Western Saddlery.
The saddle must be approved for trial before dispatch.
Customers must agree to the trial terms before the saddle is shipped.
Please note that some clearance, custom-made, special-order, or personalised saddles may not qualify for a trial.
Trial Period
Eligible saddles may be trialled for a limited period beginning on the day the saddle is delivered.
During this time, we recommend evaluating:

Tree width
Gullet clearance
Overall fit
Stability during riding

Caring for the Saddle During the Trial
To ensure the saddle remains in resale condition, please follow these guidelines:

Use a clean saddle pad whenever riding.
Avoid riding in wet or muddy conditions.
Store the saddle indoors in a clean, dry environment.
Do not modify, oil, dye, or alter the saddle.
Avoid scratching hardware or leather surfaces.
We recommend placing a protective cover over the saddle whenever it is not in use.
Returning a Trial Saddle
If the saddle is not the right fit, simply contact our customer support team before the end of your approved trial period.
After receiving return approval:
Carefully clean the saddle.
Pack it securely using the original packaging whenever possible.
Include all accessories and documentation.
Ship the saddle using a tracked and insured courier service.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Saddle Inspection
Once your returned saddle arrives, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our trial return requirements.

In its original condition
Complete with original accessories
